These ladies work as the billing and payment clerks for Hazard Utilities. In addition to taking payments, these ladies answer the questions that citizens have about water and gas service, and about how to find anything in city hall!

There aren't many people who come into city hall without meeting these ladies sooner or later. Juanita works to keep city hall spic & span, while Miss Ed provides the background music (most often by barking, quacking, and screeching!)
