Mobile Home Parks in conformance with section 157.082
Individual mobile homes in conformance with section 157.082

Multiple Family Dwellings

Private Pools
Garages or other buildings not used as dwelling and are accessory to the principal use.
Renting of no more than three sleeping rooms in any one building
Permitted home occupations may be identified on the premises according to section 157.063 (A) (5). No displays or changes in the facade shall indicate from the exterior that the building is being utilized partly for a non-residential purpose.
