| How much should my water bill be? | Your water bill is based on the amount of water you use - if you use more water, your bill will be higher: less water use means a lower water bill. |
| How do I know if I have a gas leak? | Hazard Utilities places a chemical odor in your gas line to let you know if it is leaking. The odor is similar to rotten eggs. |
| What do I do if I think I have a gas leak? | DO NOT USE OPEN FLAMES (smoking, candles, matches, etc.) Call the Hazard Utilities office immediately for instructions. |
| How do I get Hazard Utilities? | Come to City Hall and sign up for it. Be aware that there is a deposit required for services. |
| What do I do if I'm moving out of my house? | Come to City Hall and pay the balance on your HU Bill. You also need to cancel your Hazard Utilities service. |
