Ordinance Number 2005-08
An Ordinance adopting the City of Hazard, Kentucky, Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007, estimating revenue and appropriating funds for the operation of City Government.
WHEREAS, an Annual Budget proposal and message has been prepared and delivered to the City Commission of the City of Hazard, Commonwealth of Kentucky;
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed such budget proposal and made neccessary modifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS of the City of Hazard, Kentucky, that the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007, is hereby adopted as follows:
This Ordinance shall be effective July 1, 2006, the First Day of the Fiscal Year.
